The gigantic resort stretches along a white, 800m long private sandy beach and a 2 km long river. All around there are pristine sandy beaches and a forest with breathtaking flora and fauna. This refuge is unique on our earth. The unique selling point is – in addition to its dreamlike, still pristine beaches – the flora and fauna. Madagascar is like Noah’s ark and, as the fourth largest island on earth, is one of its last paradises. It is the island with the highest biodiversity. Almost all animals and plants are endemic, i.e. unique. Nowhere is the biodiversity as great as here. Most of the area consists of untouched natural forest, adorned with ferns and orchids, among which the famous lemurs roam.
Elpadorado stands out again clearly
At over 21 hectares, it is huge, the size of 22 football fields, with mountains, rainforest and dream beaches. What is special is: the property borders directly the more than 250 hectares of protected rainforest nature reserve, which is owned by the state of Madagascar. The property is approved by the President for tourism development and is a national strategic location for ecotourism development.

Elpadorado Charity Project
We are setting an example by countering the part of Madagascar’s population suffering from hunger with a strong project that is not only supported by the heart but also by know-how.
For us, giving something back to the population does not mean handing out alms, because with a world hunger value of 41.5 (as of 2019), Madagascar ranks in the severity category “very serious”. We have taken on this topic in Elpadorado style and have worked out an efficient high-end solution. According to the motto “When I’m hungry, don’t give me fish, but teach me how to fish”, we have developed a sustainable approach that can be multiplied and expanded infinitely.
Our goal is nothing less than to provide an extensive and self-responsible solution for the issue of “hunger” in Madagascar.
We will have the world’s leading specialists in the fields of permaculture, aquaponic and botany develop a concept that will be adapted to the circumstances of Madagascar. The end product is a sustainable land management concept that achieves maximum yields with minimal effort, protects the soil, promotes biodiversity and does not require any chemicals. A common problem in third world countries is the massive overdosing of chemicals, which the industrialized countries sell cheaply and without instructions because they are no longer permitted there.
Three villagers are hired for a specific project duration in order to manage this property with the elaborated concept.
All villagers are invited to acquire the elaborated expert knowledge through the concept garden and the villagers employed there.
The yields of the concept garden always benefit those villagers who are most in need of it. Since there are still intact village structures in the remote areas of Madagascar, we can guarantee the successful implementation of the project.
Funders can sponsor a package that includes the following components:
Expert knowledge in a simple and condensed form
Seeds and all necessary additives
A plot of approximately 1000 m2 in size
Employees who farm the property with the elaborated concept and provide the expert knowledge to all villagers
The Malagasy people are considered to be extremely friendly and open people so we can guarantee that the benefits of our project will be recognized and appreciated. The name of the sponsor will appear on a memorial placed on the property.
The sponsor of the respective project will be able to see his sponsored property on Google Maps or even visit the property during a stay at our resort. A visit goes hand in hand with an extensive reception by the village and a festival in honor of the sponsor. The sponsor receives a certificate and the progress of the project with pictures and thanks.
In our resort, the sponsors are perpetuated on a 4 square meter sized and artistically made map of Madagascar with a plaque in the exact place where they sponsored the respective property.
2.000 PLC – Lodge for 1 week and 2 persons
For a donation of 2.000 PLC you will receive a voucher for a week (7 nights / full board) in a lodge for 2 people if you travel by yourself.
3.000 PLC – Lodge for 2 weeks and 2 persons
For a donation of 3.000 PLC you will receive a voucher for 2 weeks (14 nights / full board) in a lodge for 2 people if you travel by yourself.
3.800 PLC – Lodge for 4 weeks and 2 persons
For a donation of 3.800 PLC you will receive a voucher for 4 weeks (28 nights / full board) in a lodge for 2 people if you travel by yourself.
